This stuff works great. After working on BBQ or the car or trailer I am always a mess even after multiple hand washings. This cuts through the grease and grime and let's me move on. I keep it in the garage and bring it in as needed. I wish there were some smaller containers to keep by the sink but I just ended up refilling an old one.
If what some experts are saying about how soap destroys viruses by way of hydrophilic and anti-grease properties, then it should also follow that the grease removing and pumice action would break down certain viruses effectively, possibly more so than typical liquid soaps - providing effective containment of localized virus particles at the home and peace of mind.
Basically the generic brand soap that imitates Lava but does it well and doesn't leave your hands dry like Lava does to mine. Was using a regular pumice block from AutoZone I found that was cheap and though worked great. Started doing heavy oil work one week and notice no matter how hard I tried the oil and grime in my finger prints and cuticles would not budge and I was washing my hands almost raw with that bar. Two weeks later boss brings this stuff in and the difference is amazing.
It cleans everything from your hands. I don't know how, but grease, dirt, whatever, it dilutes it all and wipes right off, even without water. In my garage without a sink, I use some GoJo, a wet-nap wipe, and a paper towel to clean and dry my hands, and you'd never know I spent the afternoon working on a car. Great stuff.
I've been using this stuff since I was a teen, working on my first car. I would just buy the little bottle and call it good for a while. This time I went for the gallon. It's been 6 months since I've purchased this thing, and I haven't even made a dent in it! Even with using it weekly after working on my truck and/or motorcycle, it'll be at least a year before I have to buy another one of these. Highly recommended!
