Friendly and helpful support for our last-minute crutches purchase! Moshe and his team were very friendly in helping us purchase a pair of crutches before closing time. We needed this asap for our teenage daughter after she broke her foot earlier in the day. Thankfully we didn't have to wait 1-2 days for Amazon as we were able to do a quick pay and pickup curbside with MSC. After purchasing an item through Medici recently we had reason to write to them in hopes of having a couple of instructions explained to us. (The instructions that came with the product were vague, but that’s not Medici’s fault—they are not the manufacturer, just the supplier.) Not once, but twice, a customer service rep named Moshe contacted the manufacturer on our behalf and wrote back to us with a full explanation, even offering additional details we didn’t think to ask. The emails we received were a throwback to another time, when customer service used to be like this but rarely is anymore. P.S. the product arrived quickly and works exactly as described. Five stars.
