Ways to use:

Aromatically: Add 18-20 drops per ounce of water in a spray bottle. Use as a mist.

In your car: Use in our car diffuser or simply apply a few drops to a tissue or cotton ball.

At night: Never go to bed angry. Simply apply a few drops to a tissue or cotton ball and place on your pillow or use in your bath.
