My kids laugh at me, but some absolutes are that everyone needs a flashlight and a first aid kit in their car. (And everyone must practice changing a tire and set their phone so there is no texting and driving.). This First Aid kit fits the bill, as it is compact and comes in a nice case. More than one time it came in handy when on vacation, for bumps and scrapes, fortunately nothing much worse. Good value for a quality product.
Has most of what you need and room to add a few things, good deal I bought 2 and will buy more
love this handy dandy emergency kit. it comes with everything you could ask for in a compact zipper-close, take with you wherever you go kit. I bought one for my sisters going on a roadtrip- and i felt safer that they had it with them, because you just never know. It comes with instructions- but everything in it is pretty self-explanatory. Will be ordering more so everyone in my family has one. As a healthcare professional- im prepared for the worst, and this little kit gives my piece of mind.
What I like: card with list of contents and expiration date, it has most of what the Red Cross says you need, there is room to add things like a 3" roller bandage, save some of the bandaids out for later (great bandaids) and you have room for more gauze pads and another trauma pad and eye wash and a triangular bandage,, 2" bigger than normal emergency blanket. Also, the expiration date was better than any other kit I've bought and trust me I've bought a few. I like the price, you can afford to give them as gifts.
I bought this to keep in the car on family trips. This is one of the most thorough first aid kits at this price that I have come across. It has plenty of items (including several types of non-aspirin pain relievers) and they are well-organized. I love that it includes things like antibiotic ointment, sting relief, alcohol prep pads and antiseptic towelettes (and plenty of each of these) that most other kits don't have (or don't give you enough of).
